Somatic Therapy (Mind–Body Integration)
An immersive, mind–body approach that integrates gentle movements, postures, stretches, and somatic awareness to support embodied nervous system healing. You can talk, be still, and move as much or as little as you need. We follow what your body brings forward, with guidance and without expectation.
One-on-one movement sessions designed to strengthen, lengthen, sculpt, and support your body without performance pressure or comparison culture. We start where you are! No previous experience (of any kind) required. Some popular areas of focus include:

*Movement-Based Sessions are guided, non-clinical embodied practices. While sessions are informed by a nervous-system-aware approach they are not psychotherapy sessions or clinical mental health treatment.
