Movement-Based Sessions

Movement-Based Sessions are one-on-one, guided practices designed to support strength, mobility, balance, flexibilty, and overall body awareness—without performance pressure or comparison culture.

Sessions are adaptive, supportive, and tailored to where you are right now. We start with what your body can access today and build from there, at a pace that feels sustainable.

Depending on your goals and needs, sessions may focus on:

• Improving mobility and joint range of motion
• Building functional strength and stability
• Supporting balance and coordination
• Gentle restorative movement or stretching
• Reconnecting with your body after injury, stress, or burnout

No prior experience is required. You don’t need to be “fit,” flexible, or know what you’re doing to start. I promise 😉

*Movement Sessions are not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment. While sessions are informed by a trauma-informed approach, this service is offered as a non-clinical, embodied movement practice.

60-minute sessions – $125

90-minute sessions – $175
